North Charleston’s Anthony Rhodes won Best in Show and Best Interior for his 1959 Chevrolet Corvette in Trident Technical College’s 23rd Spring Spin-off car show on April 25. More than 120 classic, new and customized vehicles were shown at the show. Proceeds benefited the W.
